She had us walk through the process, and as we reported to her what came up next on the screen, she said, "It looks as if there is a problem with that, so I will create a link for you to use for partial payment." She quickly created and sent us that link, allowing us to use our TXU Loyalty Reward card without a glitch. THANK YOU to that person for taking care of our issue in such a friendly and professional manner.
