My unique experience I have had a very good experience. Not only because I have seen savings on my electricity bill, but because my worries about "if the power goes out" have completely disappeared. The Company is constantly checking on how I am doing with the equipment; also, offering guidance on issues related to the system and ensuring that it is working perfectly. Lastly, the Company takes quality, service, and customer satisfaction very seriously.

My experience with Sunnova has been a… I'm being forced to give a star. My experience with Sunnova has been a dishonest from the jump. It started with the installer Infinity Energy. They are no longer in business. There is no one to service our panels if needed. Sunnova is in this scam to take and overcharging customers. My advice do your research and read reviews. I've had my panels since November 2020. If I had a redo, they would not be on my roof.
