GBI am going to start by giving Sunnova a… I am going to start by giving Sunnova a zero star. Sunnova is a money hungry company that is only concerned about profit and no customer care or support. My electricity bill has shot up to $480 while I have solar panels that I pay for every month. They are liars and customer service is rude. STAY AWAY from them, they did not even adjust the bill since we are coming out of winter and want more money from me. I told them their panels are not producing enough and all they tell you is that their computer system is always correct, yet last year, unfortunately they were incorrect because an inspector came to my house and found it defective. STAY AWAY FROM SUNNOVA. I will be posting on other social media sites too. SUNNOVA LIARS!!!

The Company is constantly checking on how I am doing with the equipment; also, offering guidance on issues related to the system and ensuring that it is working perfectly.
