My experience with Sunnova has been a… I'm being forced to give a star. My experience with Sunnova has been a dishonest from the jump. It started with the installer Infinity Energy. They are no longer in business. There is no one to service our panels if needed. Sunnova is in this scam to take and overcharging customers. My advice do your research and read reviews. I've had my panels since November 2020. If I had a redo, they would not be on my roof.

Sunnova Champion of Inept Companys The only people that like Sunnova are the ones who never really dealt with Sunnova. I had 10 defective solar panels replaced out of 13 in last 7 years. The waiting and begging time for repacements was up to a year and a half. Received a letter from their head counsel regarding breach of contract and she was only quoting the wrong section of the agreement. Buying the completely over priced system now and they can barely keep track of my pay off funds. My belief (along with thousands of others I believe) is that Sunnove is the most inept company on the face of the earth.
