We have solar on our roof so when we… We have solar on our roof so when we checked on solar for our pool Suntrek was the only company that had the technology to do it effectively. They were timely, efficient and friendly. We had an issue with the pump pressure and they came out promptly to make the corrections. It’s winter so we won’t know exactly how many additional months of swimming we will get but I’m confident it will be well worth the cost.

Pool Solar system repair Had a Pool Solar heating system which needed some fixing and got Suntrek to help with that.Took a few calls to get them to come by and take a look , but after they did the process was pretty smooth and they got the folks out here to fix it in a week or so. After the job was done , there was a small leak which wasn't attended to effectively , so had to make few more calls to get them to come again in a couple of weeks to fix it. Overall satisfied with the experience.

Worth another look! We all make mistakes in life. At a very young age my Dad told me someone smarter than him (I doubt it) once said the measure of a person is not if they make mistakes but what they do about it when they do. For anyone who read my review, know that Suntrek’s owner called me back personally to apologize and generously went above & beyond to address my issue. He then called me back twice the same day with updates on his efforts. I have to believe that My experience was an unusual & isolated one and this company takes customer service to heart! Thank you Suntrek best to you & field staff that were always professional, honest & sincere.

Suntrek knocked it out of the park Suntrek knocked it out of the park! They were timely, responsive, well priced, and professional. We haven't been in the pool yet (early February) and we look forward extended swim seasons! Thank you Ethan & Suntrek team for a great experience! Simon
