Fine, it heats up the pool Well, we waited almost two months for the installation. Then it was delayed another day due to rain where they are, not here. And, of course, it started pouring in the middle of the installation. So the guys took a nice lunch. None of that bothered us, but honestly, weather report for where you’re going?? Since the installation everything seems fine. The transfer rate was really high and noisy. My husband adjusted it after several days and now it’s fine. We still haven’t gotten our receipt or any information about how the system actually works. But I did get this!

Worth another look! We all make mistakes in life. At a very young age my Dad told me someone smarter than him (I doubt it) once said the measure of a person is not if they make mistakes but what they do about it when they do. For anyone who read my review, know that Suntrek’s owner called me back personally to apologize and generously went above & beyond to address my issue. He then called me back twice the same day with updates on his efforts. I have to believe that My experience was an unusual & isolated one and this company takes customer service to heart! Thank you Suntrek best to you & field staff that were always professional, honest & sincere.

Solar with Suntrek The Suntrek team was very skilled and professional, beginning with Tabbi in sales . She explained the technology and the differences in the systems they employ, walking me through the design process with her lead installer, Joe. Together, they chose the best route to install the plumbing from my pool house to the rooftop, even utilizing my deck arbor. It was a clever solution to reach the required number of panels to heat my large and deep pool. Joe and his team skillfully and neatly completed the job on time. I could not be more happy with the entire process!

Suntrek provided Solar HW and Solar PV Suntrek provided both solar hot water and solar PV. Both were installed in a professional manner, and perform very well. Tabitha was our manager, and ensured our unusual PV mounting system got thru county permitting. She also ensured our system was capable to add a battery in the future. I should also note that I used a Suntrek solar system when we first purchased our house 10 years earlier. The reliability of this system was why I chose Suntrek again for our remodel.

Suntrek Solar is top notch!! Suntrek Solar is a top notch company. They installed our solar years ago and are the only ones I trust to keep it running smoothly. Their customer service is phenomenal! Amanda in the office is very friendly and works miracles to make sure we are satisfied. Junior comes to the house to make sure everything is working well and he goes above and beyond to take the time to explain everything to me. They are so honest and try to fix things before buying new parts. I sure appreciate Suntrek Solar and am glad to be their customer.
