Worth another look! We all make mistakes in life. At a very young age my Dad told me someone smarter than him (I doubt it) once said the measure of a person is not if they make mistakes but what they do about it when they do. For anyone who read my review, know that Suntrek’s owner called me back personally to apologize and generously went above & beyond to address my issue. He then called me back twice the same day with updates on his efforts. I have to believe that My experience was an unusual & isolated one and this company takes customer service to heart! Thank you Suntrek best to you & field staff that were always professional, honest & sincere.

She answered our questions in a very professional and polite manner. We were very satisfied with the response and also with the, on time, onsite service. Suntrek Solar is top notch!! Suntrek Solar is a top notch company. They installed our solar years ago and are the only ones I trust to keep it running smoothly. Their customer service is phenomenal! Amanda in the office is very friendly and works miracles to make sure we are satisfied. Junior comes to the house to make sure everything is working well and he goes above and beyond to take the time to explain everything to me. They are so honest and try to fix things before buying new parts. I sure appreciate Suntrek Solar and am glad to be their customer.

Suntrek installed a solar water heating… Suntrek installed a solar water heating system for me, replacing my gas water heater. All of the options were clearly explained, allowing me to make a decision that best fit my needs. The installation crew was professional and answered all my questions as the work progressed. They cleaned up after themselves quite well. The system is working perfectly.

We "inherited" Suntrek Solar after… We "inherited" Suntrek Solar after purchasing our home 3 years ago. Amanda always provides amazing customer service and is very thorough regarding the history of our system. When we had our system winterized on 11/4/20, there was an unexpected issue and thereby unexpected cost. Mr. Manzo thoroughly explained the issue and offered best options. They were able to fix same day. We continue to appreciate this company, even when, or should I say especially when, we have to have things fixed. :)
