GBMy Home Burned, and Octopus Stepped Up To Make Sure I Was Okay. I haven’t had a bad experience with Octopus since I started using them. Every phone call, email, and chat has been very positive. I am writing this review because my home burned down, and Octopus has been nothing but kind and helpful. They weren’t worried at all about the loss of revenue, and wanted to make sure I was okay and safe. I am so grateful. Lizzeth communicated with me through email after my call to make sure that I was okay, and that they had sent me an incredibly generous gift card to pay for groceries. I am beyond grateful. They have a loyal customer in me for when I do have a home again.

GBA real person sorted it out! Great recent experience sorting out a billing issue. Thanks to - 'Charlotte OB11' - for the help Stopped receiving bills for two months for some reason. But it was all sorted out about half an hour after I called up. Have found Octopus' customer service very good so far. You call up and speak to a real person who can sort things out. Came over from Bulb Energy.

GBSpoke to Charlotte today in cus service… Spoke to Charlotte today in cus service and oustanding help. I have received consistent excellent customer service from OE being able to send email which gets responded to. I can call and get to speak with someone in less than 1 hour (which is what I experience with my current provider). So helpful thank you.
