GBI just had to leave a review after the great customer service and amazing pricing I just had to leave a review after the great customer support I got from the guys over at Delta Power Stations. I was a little skeptical so I decided to split up my order into 2 shipments. On my first order I ordered an Echo flow Delta Pro, 2 extra batteries and 400w solar panel (this was a kit they offered). To my surprise it was SEVERAL hundred less than any other site I have been looking at, including sites such as Amazon and even EchoFlow. Not only were they cheaper they offer FRTEE shipping and they did not charge me sales tax. Those two items alone saved me a big chunk of change. I got my order delivered a few days later and after setting it all up, I placed my second order. Once more an Echo Pro Delta, and two batteries, the junction cable to run duel phase 220w along with a few other odds and ends. (EV charging adaptor, Smart Generator charging adaptor, and some Y cables) What I forgot to order was the smart generator. I picked up the phone and called them, they checked to see if I did forget and yes it was my fault. I then placed a 3rd order for the smart Generator and it like the others showed up a few days later, also free shipping and no sales tax. These guys are amazing, you can text them on the weekend if you have a question and you WILL get a call back in a short amount of time. what other company has customer service like this? While I have my system set up, if I ever need something else this is going to be the rist place I check. They have free shipping on all orders, they don't charge sales tax, and they sell the products for less than you can find other places (and they even some times off a discount code for like 5% or 6% off!!!!)

GBGreat Unit only one minor drawback The whole unit is great. It is both a backup battery in my house and I use it as a second battery SUV for accessories when overlanding. It charges from house AC in just about an hour, it is a nice compact form factor with plenty of input and output options. The one minor draw back is that I can't take advantage of the 400W 120 AC outlet in my 4runner. The 4runner outputs a modified sin wave and the Ecoflow Delta 2 will not charge from it. I remedied the situation with a cheap 400w AC/DC powersupply off amazon, and connected it to the solar input. Obviously this is not efficient but it charges at about 300W, which is faster than charging it directly from the standard 12v 100W DC outlets in the car. Additionally, it does not have an IP rating so it cannot be exposed to any wet situations, but this is not a problem since it stays in the SUV. If the Ecoflow Delta 2 could accept a modified sine wave AC input, and had some amount of water or rain resistance built in (you can buy a special made waterproof bag that has vents on it) it there would be no other solution like it. Even without those features its so great I will probably get more to increase my backup capacity. Great product.

GBSmart generator not charging I purchased the Eco Flo delta, smart generator along with an entire set up of the Eco Flo, delta pros and external batteries. The generator will not charge either the batteries or the Eco Flo delta pros via the smart cable. This defeats the entire purpose of the smart generator if you can’t charge DC to DC and have the equipment communicate with the generator. The equipment recognizes that it’s connected to the generator. The generator knows that it’s connected to the equipment via the icons on the screen however, no charging ever occurs. I opened up a support ticket several weeks ago and at this point all that has happened is they sent the wrong adapter to me? They were supposed to send a new power adapter for the generator and I and they ended up sending me a level two charger adapter. They claim they’re trying to get this issue resolved but weeks and weeks are going by and I am sitting here with 700 pounds of paper weights. This was supposed to be a system for Home back up in case of a hurricane and I have yet to be able to test the equipment before an event happens. If this issue get resolved, I will post an update on what happens.

Having purchased a product that had a manufacturing defect, the company followed up spending numerous hours, e-mails, letter of support to the manufacturer, and even a personal phone call. Reach out to Delta as they will assist you after the sale to resolve any issues.
