My solar system stopped working and now… My solar system stopped working and now I can't get in contact with them. (Called for months and emailed them)Use another solar company if you don't want future headaches. I had issues with YSG for years, especially with the passing of permits and things related to the DOB. (Took a whole year and prob would not have been done if i did not get involved with numerous contacts to the DOB) My consumption meter stopped working a year ago and they refused to fix it, they offered to send me a check to have someone else fix it but it's been a year and still no check with multiple follow ups. Now my solar panels are no longer working and I am stuck with no support. I'm a person that never likes to leave a bad review, because i don't believe in reputation shaming. But YSG definetly deserves the 1 star. Stay away from YSG. Wish I never did business with them. NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER.

I got ysg to install my Lg solar panels… I got ysg to install my Lg solar panels about a year ago. I have no complaints what so ever and I highly recommend to any one who would like to save on their electrical bill. The customer service was very efficient and professional from start to finish.

I have been a customer of YSG since… I have been a customer of YSG since September 2020. They have been paid by me and I still am getting a run around to have my service connected. I spoke to CON Ed and was told they have received MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS about this company. I don't know where they are getting good reviews from but truth be told their customer service is one of the worst I've encountered. No one knows what the other one is doing. I am frustrated at the amount of times I have to address the same issue and it just keeps reoccurring all the time. I am so totally fed up with them, and trying to get a hold of David Majid, well good luck on that!!!!!!!!!!

Great Company For the past two years I have been saving and question I have they always answer. I don't regret this decision I made by switching to solar panels. Customer service was a great experience and easy people to work with.

Do Not Use Once they get paid forget about getting in touch with them. Don't take my word for it try calling their main line and see for yourself. If you have an issue contact the New York Attorney General, DWCP, BBB and financing company.
