GBI've only been using them for a few… I've only been using them for a few months, but they seem ok. The first bill they accidentally overcharged me, but they sent a letter and applied the money to the next bill (I never really got an explanation of how or why or how much, but as long as it worked itself out, I guess). The website isn't terribly user friendly, but it suffices. No issues with the actual power.

Sleez bagged his way into changing our energy only to fail because he didn’t even get the actual account holders permission and just someone else. Will never be looking at your services and will do whatever I can to warn others of this trash
