GBNEW SERVICE I called on a Monday to change my apartment number... was on hold a bit over 30 minutes. The representative that answered made that so much better merely by the customer service that was provided. She addressed my apartment change immediately and was so kind. I am a little remiss that getting in touch with this company was so difficult... hoping that is NOT the norm... but if the customer service remains constant... I believe that I will be satisfied choosing Life energy as my provider!

GBThey did not do what they agreed to… They did not do what they agreed to when I signed up. They were supposed to transfer service on the next meter read date instead they did it the next day. I asked to have a supervisor call me back because I wanted to be reimbursed for the expenses that they cost me as small as they work. As expected no supervisor called me back. I can’t wait for my contract to expire so I can go to somebody a little more ethical.

GBLife Energy was sending disconnect… Life Energy was sending disconnect notices out because they had a glitch in their system. As it turns out, and they admitted it, there were people forced to double up paying their bills because of their mistake. They said an apology would be coming, which never did. They also said that a credit would be made on the bill, which never happened. I will not be renewing my contract with them when this hitch is completed. Lack of customer respect will not get you far in this business. There are is competition amongst providers and Power to Choose gives a customer the ability to choose a retail provider. Although, the State of Texas makes no effort to let customers know it exists.

GBI've only been using them for a few… I've only been using them for a few months, but they seem ok. The first bill they accidentally overcharged me, but they sent a letter and applied the money to the next bill (I never really got an explanation of how or why or how much, but as long as it worked itself out, I guess). The website isn't terribly user friendly, but it suffices. No issues with the actual power.

GBSuper easy! It used to take me hours with other providers trying to figure out the best rates and which plan I should renew with. Not anymore, the entire process was literally 2 minutes tops! Their customer service is extremely helpful as well.
