He stood by his word and was very easy to work with by answering questions. If he did not know something, he answered truthfully. I was told someone would be by Monday with a camera so I will do an updated review thereafter.

Outrageously expensive in my opinion Technician was polite. Service was outrageously expensive. Toilet replacement not the quality of one taken out and too low for a senior citizen. $1400. To take a small amount of hair from drain, purchase and install new toilet, and camera the sewer line as far as he could reach but not completely because he couldn’t find the way in to the rest of the line.
