Much too expensive Charging $325 to clean a drain that was unclogged in the interim is outrageous. This happened to me on April 29, 2023 in Montgomery, TX. Also, the scheduled appointment has been rescheduled several times. I will certainly never hire Mr. Rooter to do a job again. I would rather wait days for a decent plumber.

He explained our options and had the problem solved with a one year warranty to his work. I would use Mr. Rooter again in a similar emergency. The only issue stopping me from giving this provider 5 stars was the price. They seemed a bit high, but paying a little more in this circumstance was a trivial consideration.
