The first guy they sent out to fix it was on crutches. What company does that especially in the snow! Next guy so big he barely fit in my bathroom, yes it small but he wasn't. Beware, I will never have them in my home again.

A one hour job with minimal expertise required they will gouge you during emergency stressful situations for more than $1000 per hour for a simple job. Zero explanation of why the cost is so high and whether justified. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off. They refuse to negotiate because they know they have the leverage when your pipes are broken.
