GBBryan Ellerbroek was our plumber in… Bryan Ellerbroek was our plumber in Sioux Falls. He was very professional and competent. He opened up our kitchen drain which was plugged and noticed that our older home still had galvanized pipe and recommended that we convert it to PVC for much better drainage, We agreed and he came back soon to accomplish this difficult task in a speedy manner. Bryan also went above-and-beyond and fixed our washing machine hose to drain directly into the sewer instead of going through a side tub first. Yaaaay, Bryan.

GBMuch too expensive Charging $325 to clean a drain that was unclogged in the interim is outrageous. This happened to me on April 29, 2023 in Montgomery, TX. Also, the scheduled appointment has been rescheduled several times. I will certainly never hire Mr. Rooter to do a job again. I would rather wait days for a decent plumber.

GBNever have them in my home again Never have them in my home again! Charged $295 to clear a toilet drain and had to come back 3 times because the toilet leaked after they reset it. Was late to the appointment, put nothing over their shoes and it was snowing & icy out. Left a mess to clean up and scratched my vinyl plank floor. The first guy they sent out to fix it was on crutches. What company does that especially in the snow! Next guy so big he barely fit in my bathroom, yes it small but he wasn't. Beware, I will never have them in my home again.

GBI live next door to a neighbor who had a tree clog their water line. I live next door to a neighbors who has huge, huge trees in their front yard. Ultimately the trunk of the trees entered the drain pipe clogging up their house resulting in no water able to come through the clogged lines. Chase & Dakota came out and after a initial consultation with the owner lives in Tennessee and rents the house the entire shared driveway that affects that house and mine had to be totally excavated to get to the root of the problem. It took Chase & Dakota 2 full days and part of both nights to dig deep enough to find the blockage and remove it. They were always polite and apologized for having torn up the shared driveway resulting in neither me or my neighbor able to park in our driveway. They stayed with it despite quite a few setbacks. They professionalism and the warmth they showed throughout this horrific ordeal makes me proud to have met what I call “ individuals who are committed to getting the job done. They both are the cream of the crop for this Peoria Mr. Rooter.

ARPrice Gouging Terrible service. Unorganized and charges exorbitant costs without any clear explanation of cost basis. A one hour job with minimal expertise required they will gouge you during emergency stressful situations for more than $1000 per hour for a simple job. Zero explanation of why the cost is so high and whether justified. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off. They refuse to negotiate because they know they have the leverage when your pipes are broken.
