Do not use. Very impressive and nice rep came to house to do estimate. When estimate came everything grossly marked up so job price to install water heater with minor accessories amounted to $1480 above the price of the water heater. They contract with Lowe’s and are taking advantage of people.

Much too expensive Charging $325 to clean a drain that was unclogged in the interim is outrageous. This happened to me on April 29, 2023 in Montgomery, TX. Also, the scheduled appointment has been rescheduled several times. I will certainly never hire Mr. Rooter to do a job again. I would rather wait days for a decent plumber.

She was flexible. She also stayed to provide service for a secondary problem, also promptly providing a range of service problems together with firm estimates. bad experience We had a drain cleaning coupon for $99.00, but the plumber said that did not apply. A sense of misrepresentation. This was an exorbitant charge for the work performed.
