Rooter Plumbing best service

Much too expensive Charging $325 to clean a drain that was unclogged in the interim is outrageous. This happened to me on April 29, 2023 in Montgomery, TX. Also, the scheduled appointment has been rescheduled several times. I will certainly never hire Mr. Rooter to do a job again. I would rather wait days for a decent plumber.

Hire This Woman Ms Keltie Harper arrived early. She was very pleasant and professional, promptly providing a variety of service option for our primary problem with a range of firm estimates. She was flexible. She also stayed to provide service for a secondary problem, also promptly providing a range of service problems together with firm estimates. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone else, and will be requesting her by name for any future services. Five Stars!

Outrageously expensive in my opinion Technician was polite. Service was outrageously expensive. Toilet replacement not the quality of one taken out and too low for a senior citizen. $1400. To take a small amount of hair from drain, purchase and install new toilet, and camera the sewer line as far as he could reach but not completely because he couldn’t find the way in to the rest of the line.

SO FAR SO GOOD BUT WILL SEE HOW MONDAY GOES A gentleman by the name of Jeremiah came to clear the main line but could not. e knew what he was doing. He stood by his word and was very easy to work with by answering questions. If he did not know something, he answered truthfully. I was told someone would be by Monday with a camera so I will do an updated review thereafter.
