Much too expensive Charging $325 to clean a drain that was unclogged in the interim is outrageous. This happened to me on April 29, 2023 in Montgomery, TX. Also, the scheduled appointment has been rescheduled several times. I will certainly never hire Mr. Rooter to do a job again. I would rather wait days for a decent plumber.

The one star was for the gentleman who… The one star was for the gentleman who came. Out. This company is a scam. Called for an issue after hrs and never did the CSR tell me company does free estimates during business hours. Now their trying to charge my card without consent for over $300 without even putting a shovel in the grond. If I would have known they did FREE estimates I would have just waited till the morning. COMMON SENSE..... I let the gentleman know before he left because he tried to have me sign the waiver to pay. I said absolutely not and they still tried to get payment from my card..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
