Buyer's Remorse To whomever considering enrollment with this company, please be aware. This company will save on your utility bill, but you will pay an outrageous amount in fees, transfer costs, and other fees associated with their account. I went from paying $50 per month in electricity with PECO then transferred to EcoPlus Power, thinking to lessen my carbon foot print. Well, my bill increased to nearly $250 to $300 per month. If I didn't cancel them when I did, I would have been looking to try and pay off a $1200 electricity bill for 3 months of usage. So, you have been warned. If I could post all of my utility bills before EcoPlus Power and during my very brief period with them. I am still struggling to pay them off along with student loan payments. This company being a scam is a misnomer. This company is a predator! Game wrong with this company and you'll either be in the dark with candles or your long lost uncle is named, Warren Buffet. I hope this helps someone before committing. Do your homework. I didn't and I am paying for that mistake... big time!

Had a problem regarding my bill and the representative and supervisor were laughing at me over the phone because they added charges on my bill and first offered a Amazon gift card when has nothing to do with the bill and when I told them that they started laughing. Very unprofessional from their representative to their supervisors. Com ed had to come on the line to cancel my account and bring my balance back to normal. An individual who doesn’t know much about electricity they really try to get one over on you. So if you decide to change company don’t they will try to get you under your will.

Do not sign with this company Do not sign with this company. My PPL bill was 120/m, for five months with Eco Plus averaged 600/m! In September this year my bill was 903/m! I’m retired and my spouse just died. Do not work with them

Absolute worst switch I ever made Absolute worst switch I ever made! This company charged me $621.33 for the month of January when I used LESS electricity this year at this time than last year when I was with ComEd. Customer service is very rude and abrasive. I was hung up on 4 times and was never called back even though they verify your number at the beginning of the call. When I called back for the last time and asked to speak to management, I was hung up on again. I was also charged over $500.00 for the month of December. Their fees are also absolutely outrageous. If I could give then a zero rating, I definitely would! Total scam!
