Do not sign with this company Do not sign with this company. My PPL bill was 120/m, for five months with Eco Plus averaged 600/m! In September this year my bill was 903/m! I’m retired and my spouse just died. Do not work with them

Lied to me on the phone to try and get… Lied to me on the phone to try and get me to switch to their service. Very misleading! Pretended to be Duke Energy!

LIe about their pricing This company reached to switch me to a cheaper rate. That was true for 6 months. At that point my rate become triple what they were advertising. STAY AWAY!!

If you’re thinking of going to this… If you’re thinking of going to this company, do not. They are very unprofessional and rude. Had a problem regarding my bill and the representative and supervisor were laughing at me over the phone because they added charges on my bill and first offered a Amazon gift card when has nothing to do with the bill and when I told them that they started laughing. Very unprofessional from their representative to their supervisors. Com ed had to come on the line to cancel my account and bring my balance back to normal. An individual who doesn’t know much about electricity they really try to get one over on you. So if you decide to change company don’t they will try to get you under your will.
