GBAbsolute worst switch I ever made Absolute worst switch I ever made! This company charged me $621.33 for the month of January when I used LESS electricity this year at this time than last year when I was with ComEd. Customer service is very rude and abrasive. I was hung up on 4 times and was never called back even though they verify your number at the beginning of the call. When I called back for the last time and asked to speak to management, I was hung up on again. I was also charged over $500.00 for the month of December. Their fees are also absolutely outrageous. If I could give then a zero rating, I definitely would! Total scam!

GBThey keep harassing me They keep harassing me. Everytime I receive a call from this company, I immediately block the number and ask to be put on the do not call list. THEY CALL ME EVERY WEEK TRYING TO MAKE ME SIGN UP FOR A SERVICE I DO NOT WANT! Every time I ask them why they keep calling they just hang up and they call a week later. Very rude!

GBLies about the price upfront Lies about the price upfront, doesn't have ANY mention of the additional $36-$48 per month put on the bill under the line item "adder" which is to "protect their margin" which is utter nonsense. Their added fees doubled the cost per kilowatt.
