Avoid 4Change Energy! I originally got 4change energy based on a recommendation in moving to Plano Texas. The price was good but when I was under a contract and moved it was not prorated at all and I was billed the full $240. Phone calls were worthless. I cannot recommend them at all. Go elsewhere for electric service in Texas!

You have to have "EZ payment" You have to have "EZ payment" to make your payment. I don't like that because I like to send my payment in early when I have the money. I made a payment thinking the EZ pay would not take another payment of the same amount. That was my fault. I filed a dispute with my bank to get the original payment back. Thought everything was fine but now I have a disconnect notice sent to me ,even though my account is paid up, and I have to make all my payments by cash for the next 6 months. Should've stayed with TXU.

Terrible customer servicer and hard to reach decision maker… They turned on power at wrong adress and left me without power at my new residence. Three days and counting. Impossible to get any service via phone. They say back office is handling switch but no way to talk to a supervisor or anyone at back office. Not worth the cheap rate. Use Champion.

They lie so much about rates They lie so much about rates, we were to have 9, todays bill is 21 and they are a scam. Run from this company. Poor customer service and they lock you in. They should be out of business with this kind of pratice.
