Avoid 4Change Energy! I originally got 4change energy based on a recommendation in moving to Plano Texas. The price was good but when I was under a contract and moved it was not prorated at all and I was billed the full $240. Phone calls were worthless. I cannot recommend them at all. Go elsewhere for electric service in Texas!

Liars about what your rate wll be and… 4 Change energy are Liars about what your rate wll be and liars about their charges. I am usually on the road away from home . There is no central heat or air going in my hoome. The project $55 used per week and the $73 projecting my bill to be $173 or the month, however this is a lie the end moth has resulted in $438 one month , $573, and another month for $738. Complaining, emailing, and calling, results to Customer Service reading prompts and saying usage change and it's a projection. Don't fall for the lies of advertisment about rates.

Absolute TRASH Absolute trash. Their support team does NOT know what they are doing! Within a MONTH of service without notice or permission they have disconnected, reconnected and started themselves a new contract, and sent 4 bills. When calling their customer service for existing customers they don’t listen, transfer you off to someone else or claim they have no idea what’s going on an tell you to get on a longer wait call with CenterPoint.
