GBYou have to have "EZ payment" You have to have "EZ payment" to make your payment. I don't like that because I like to send my payment in early when I have the money. I made a payment thinking the EZ pay would not take another payment of the same amount. That was my fault. I filed a dispute with my bank to get the original payment back. Thought everything was fine but now I have a disconnect notice sent to me ,even though my account is paid up, and I have to make all my payments by cash for the next 6 months. Should've stayed with TXU.

GBBeen a costumer for 6+ years recently… Been a costumer for 6+ years recently my plan was change without my approve. My bill use to be $150 to maybe $200 max apparently, I wanted to change my plan to a more expensive plan this bill was almost $600 long story short they don't care to lose a customer over this issue I change my provider today. This is not the first time I have issues but definitely this is the where I draw the line.
