GBBait and switch prices Bait and switch prices. First year I never broke $99, after that I can’t get under $180 if my life depended on it. Turn the ac off, etc. it doesn’t matter. This company is greedy and shady, I would suggest using a competitor.

GBAbsolute TRASH Absolute trash. Their support team does NOT know what they are doing! Within a MONTH of service without notice or permission they have disconnected, reconnected and started themselves a new contract, and sent 4 bills. When calling their customer service for existing customers they don’t listen, transfer you off to someone else or claim they have no idea what’s going on an tell you to get on a longer wait call with CenterPoint.

GBThey lie so much about rates They lie so much about rates, we were to have 9, todays bill is 21 and they are a scam. Run from this company. Poor customer service and they lock you in. They should be out of business with this kind of pratice.

GBLiars about what your rate wll be and… 4 Change energy are Liars about what your rate wll be and liars about their charges. I am usually on the road away from home . There is no central heat or air going in my hoome. The project $55 used per week and the $73 projecting my bill to be $173 or the month, however this is a lie the end moth has resulted in $438 one month , $573, and another month for $738. Complaining, emailing, and calling, results to Customer Service reading prompts and saying usage change and it's a projection. Don't fall for the lies of advertisment about rates.

GBBeen a costumer for 6+ years recently… Been a costumer for 6+ years recently my plan was change without my approve. My bill use to be $150 to maybe $200 max apparently, I wanted to change my plan to a more expensive plan this bill was almost $600 long story short they don't care to lose a customer over this issue I change my provider today. This is not the first time I have issues but definitely this is the where I draw the line.
