GBWorst customer service I am an existing customer who has been calling for several weeks trying to get information on renewing, and no one is ever available, and you only offer callbacks. When I ask to speak to a manager, no one is available. I look forward to hearing from someone in the corporate office.

GBOh my god Oh my god. So the first time i called I could tell they were having the best time in the background but I chalked it up to - it's late everyone is human who cares. I called a second time to change my start date and when I asked for confirmation they answered as if I was so stupid for asking for one and said they had already clicked save and I didn't need one. Well of course a day after my start date my lights aren't on. The representative tells me she will have to call the providers and I ask when I can expect a call back and she's like "uhhh TODAY". Okay? I have work I need an eta. She keeps telling me they did everything right on their end but it's still pending with the provider. I ask for a supervisor and he calls the provider... he proceeds to tell me that I need to go to city hall to get a permit because my meter is over 48 years old... IM RENTING AN APT. THE LAST TENANT WAS THERE 3 MONTHS AGO. He tells me I have to take it up with the landlord??? Anyway I call a completely different company and they said they have no idea what they're talking about and set everything up for me same day. 4change is a joke.

GBBait and switch beware Bait and switch beware. I’m not even an hour into my plan and I was waiting for my confirmation email and never received it. I called ChooseTexasPower.org and I believe they aren’t as honest as well. Anyway, the bill I signed up was much different than what they told me was in the system. Prices are ridiculous to the point where you know you would have never signed up and you would have remembered the rates. These ppl tell you 9 cents then switch up to 15 and 20 cents. What I look like??? I thought I was by wing relieved and come to find out bait and switch.

GBAbsolute TRASH Absolute trash. Their support team does NOT know what they are doing! Within a MONTH of service without notice or permission they have disconnected, reconnected and started themselves a new contract, and sent 4 bills. When calling their customer service for existing customers they don’t listen, transfer you off to someone else or claim they have no idea what’s going on an tell you to get on a longer wait call with CenterPoint.
