They lie so much about rates They lie so much about rates, we were to have 9, todays bill is 21 and they are a scam. Run from this company. Poor customer service and they lock you in. They should be out of business with this kind of pratice.

Terrible Service and pricing Terrible Service and pricing. Kept my little house at 80 degrees in texas during the day and 76 at night and end of w/ $380 monthly bills. Service averages doesnt even match up so I sent an email and they never responded back. Poor Poor customer service and hard to get ahold of. Learned my lesson and look elsewhere!

Bait and switch beware Bait and switch beware. I’m not even an hour into my plan and I was waiting for my confirmation email and never received it. I called ChooseTexasPower.org and I believe they aren’t as honest as well. Anyway, the bill I signed up was much different than what they told me was in the system. Prices are ridiculous to the point where you know you would have never signed up and you would have remembered the rates. These ppl tell you 9 cents then switch up to 15 and 20 cents. What I look like??? I thought I was by wing relieved and come to find out bait and switch.

Been a costumer for 6+ years recently… Been a costumer for 6+ years recently my plan was change without my approve. My bill use to be $150 to maybe $200 max apparently, I wanted to change my plan to a more expensive plan this bill was almost $600 long story short they don't care to lose a customer over this issue I change my provider today. This is not the first time I have issues but definitely this is the where I draw the line.

Absolute TRASH Absolute trash. Their support team does NOT know what they are doing! Within a MONTH of service without notice or permission they have disconnected, reconnected and started themselves a new contract, and sent 4 bills. When calling their customer service for existing customers they don’t listen, transfer you off to someone else or claim they have no idea what’s going on an tell you to get on a longer wait call with CenterPoint.
