I bought about 50 panels and still have to pay for electricity during winter times. The production is not what sales rep promised.. Do not use the loan company that they recommend, after one year they increased the payments which all is interest. In summary stay away from Vivent Solar...

How bad customer service..! How bad customer service, Never respond if you want any reschedule... How people gave 5 star?? Its crazy...last 4 weeks i am trying to reach these people to resolve my issue... Long wait and hold after disconnects,.. Hope you will respond soon.. How about more than a 4 hour hold and its last 2 weeks...! No surprise!!! After days reply no calls yet.. Simply responding and never got a call back..! A week ago replied but never got any calls nor fixed my issue, useless customer service. After long fight they came and fixed the issue, but they damaged my new roof and gutters.

Disappointed time & time again Vivint Solar has disappointed us time and time again. If there was a way to get out of the loan for it, we would discontinue service ASAP. First, the install was not done properly and they are arguing that it's our problem to fix. Their tech nailed something into our wiring which is causing a fire hazard that they won't fix. They're saying we have to prove it. This will require ripping out the ceiling. The lights were working perfectly before the install and went out after solar was installed. It took MONTHS to even get someone to respond to us after we escalated the case. Still, no help, no resolution. We have also been paying $125 per month and the offset has been only $48 on average. We're basically paying MORE for the solar rather than realizing any savings. There is no way to see what your monthly offset is in billing either, which requires extra work to call and ask what was generated. It's a total racket....at least in our experience.

There are still panels missing on my… There are still panels missing on my roof by just 3, which wasn’t as promised on the contract I signed and was told. I am disappointed, I will be contacting again in regards to what’s next to do either a cancellation or they have to complete their job and add the left over promised pieces

I had a lot of questions about solar I had a lot of questions about solar. My representative, Tony, answered all of my questions. He explained how everything would work from today until my panels are installed & making power for my home. I'm excited about moving forward, saving money & energy. I've already shared his number with friends & family also looking to break away from the power company's rising rates. We couldn't be happier with the service we've received so far & will provide progress updates moving forward.
