I would rate Vivint Solar a 4.5 instead… I would rate Vivint Solar a 4.5 instead of a 3, but the system isn't running/connected yet, so we don't know how well it actually works yet. But, the guys were excellent: knowledgeable, intelligent, fastidious, accomplished, and a great team that worked very well together and appear to have done excellent work. Time will tell if they earn a 4.5 or not.

You were accepted for free solar because of your high energy bills. We’re going to put enough panels on to bring your bill as close to $0 as possible.” Surprise! Bill has gone up. Paying more Vivint than SoCalEdison without their panels. Being out of work because of COVID-19 for a year is capped off by being scammed by Vivint. There is certainly a special place in Hell for them. Stay away folks.

DON'T USE VIVINT!!!!! Vivint is by far the worst company of any kind I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They installed panels on my roof in no time and cashed their check quickly. 6 months later I still have ZERO electricity generated and no timetable for when I might possibly have my system online. It is impossible to talk to anyone who knows anything about anything. They are a scam, not a company. UPDATE: Vivint says they are sorry! That’s their solution to our issues. Crazy how that hasn’t helped or changed anything. No one is in charge. Don’t use Vivint!

I have Vivent solar installed on my… I have Vivent solar installed on my house. I would not recommend this company at all. The sales rep never returned calls.. I bought about 50 panels and still have to pay for electricity during winter times. The production is not what sales rep promised.. Do not use the loan company that they recommend, after one year they increased the payments which all is interest. In summary stay away from Vivent Solar...

How bad customer service..! How bad customer service, Never respond if you want any reschedule... How people gave 5 star?? Its crazy...last 4 weeks i am trying to reach these people to resolve my issue... Long wait and hold after disconnects,.. Hope you will respond soon.. How about more than a 4 hour hold and its last 2 weeks...! No surprise!!! After days reply no calls yet.. Simply responding and never got a call back..! A week ago replied but never got any calls nor fixed my issue, useless customer service. After long fight they came and fixed the issue, but they damaged my new roof and gutters.
