Moved us to direct energy without… Moved us to direct energy without saying, then was double billed from both companies. Continued to pay Just Energy, not knowing about the direct energy switch over...got a big bill from direct to pay off. Response from Just energy was....ahhhhhh... Couldn't back out in the beginning when they said the first 3 months were free.....but never seen anything free. This company is a bleeping joke.

Find a better honest service I was at Sams Club and signed up for Just energy because I was told they have low rates and I would be getting a few gift cards the first one was after so many months having their service and that time is past I was suppose to get it in 48 hours and that time is also past. I checked for their number to call them and shows customer service open on Saturday till 6PM well I called at 11AM and not open. So I will cancel my service and get a good honest company. I will also contact Sams club about this

Just Lying Energy Group My bill constantly goes up when I live alone. I didn't change anything or have any additional people over. In fact, I've been out of town half of the month. They promised this great plan of free nights but how..... My bill constantly increases.

Making account without your consent They have door to door salesmen and they created an account without my father's consent. We never switched so we should not pay if we still have our provider. According to my father the salesman asked to see current bill and use his phone to create an account using the email on phone which he doesn't use. My father told him will not switch but will think about it but the guy still made the account.

If I could give this scam company 0… If I could give this scam company 0 stars I would they blatantly lied about me paying my bill sent it to collections I paid it again and they still filed it through the credit beureau needless to say I'll be filing a fraud and false statement against them and possibly sue them
