GBMaking account without your consent They have door to door salesmen and they created an account without my father's consent. We never switched so we should not pay if we still have our provider. According to my father the salesman asked to see current bill and use his phone to create an account using the email on phone which he doesn't use. My father told him will not switch but will think about it but the guy still made the account.

GBAvoid Just Energy!!! I activated an account and switched to Just Energy on November 18th. Come to find out a month later, they never activated my account! They also autosigned me up for some BS Terrapass carbon offset scam and have been billing me for that! I have been stuck at variable rate(15cents/kwh) for a month because Just Energy is incompetent. Please pick another provider.

GBScam Some guy name Nana Buah PUC Certificate No. 10052 forced me to sign a contract at SAM's Club promising 9 cents per KW but turned out to be 26.5 cents per KW and within the less than 2 months my bill is $400 they are threatening to disconnect tomorrow Nov 9. I filed a complaint but they don't give a flip, since they are in India!

CAHorrible customer service! Horrible customer service! When you are lucky enough to get through the automated advisor and reach the department you were trying to reach, you will have the pleasure to talk to someone who does not want to talk to you. Save your time and nerves, choose any other provider. Run! Reply to your reply: It's funny you are providing the same useless phone number. This number is located on my Just Energy Bill (Canada) but when calling this number, you get to choose to be connected to 1. CenterPoint, 2. AEP 3. Oncore 4. Texas. No matter what step I chose, I never got through to talk to someone from Just Energy in Canada. Every person I talked to, transferred me back to the same menu. Call this number yourself and try to reach someone who can help you with your Canadian Just Energy Account and Good Luck!

GBJust Energy is Terrible!!!! Worst company ever! Predatory billing practices. Once you cancel with JE you get a collection notice without ever receiving a final bill. Buyer Beware!! I canceled with this provider on December 8, 2021, On 4/8/2021, I received a collection letter from CMC. Folks, In 4 months I have not received any invoices.. period!! This company is despicable. I wish I had never allowed that Lying Sales Representative in Sam's club to convince me to give Just Energy a shot. Never, ever, waste time with the crooked clowns like the ones at this company!! Look elsewhere! You're welcome!!!!!
