Quality products and customer service I ordered two chains as a gift for my friend and she loved them. They were definitely awesome, there was a small defective piece but they responded very quickly and sent me a replacement. Overall very satisfied and would buy more from them in future

Blocked Me When I Requested A Refund DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! I received 3 pieces of jewelry and they all broke. When I emailed them with photos and to get a refund, they offered to send me 3 MORE pieces. I explained that I’m positive they would break and I’d prefer just a full refund. They never responded to any emails for 3 months. I finally called my bank to get my refund. I’ve written a review on their website that they took down and then they blocked me on instagram.
