GBExcellent Service My Recruitment Consultant was very courteous and helpful. He kept his word. He said I would receive a welcome email in a few days time and I did. All the Bank Partners staff that received my calls were very polite and respectful. Good manners means the world to me.

GBPainfully incompetent Awful! They took over the management of bank staff in our company and are as useless as a chocolate fireguard. The person who sanctioned and decided to add this extra layer of (incompetent) bureaucracy, has either had a golden handshake or is in dire need of a MHA assessment. Administration of bank staff like in the 1970s. They haven't even got an e-rota for ease of access and booking. The attitude of some of their 'booking partners' is horrendous. Since our company punished us with Bank Partners, I am seriously considering handing in my notice.

GBExcellent experience!!! I’m a Doctor who was recently changing jobs and I have heard that Bank partners can sometimes take long to get back to you which stressed me out. On top of that, we were reaching Christmas and I already had my email being bounced from one person to another since people were on leave. However, the person who dealt with my issues was brilliant! His name was Niall Hawkes who was very attentive and thorough. I had a lot of paperwork, modules, health check etc to sort out in a very short time, otherwise if delayed I would have been left jobless for weeks. While being in the middle of moving houses I could not afford any delay in my pay. Even at times when Niall did not know how to solve my issues he would straight away contact his seniors while keeping me on hold and find a solution to every problem I had. He promised and assured me that I would be able to start my job on time which I did! I was very glad and relieved about that. Honestly, I could not thank him enough, he did an excellent job!

GBTerrible experience throughout Terrible experience throughout. Delay after delay in getting an account so have still not been paid for shifts I did two months ago. Worked bank shifts at my consultants request due to poor staffing. I tried to get the details in order to sign up for a bank partners account- this took multiple emails. I filled in the forms and heard nothing despite emailing. They then replied stating that I needed my consultants permission, despite my consultant requesting these shifts. My consultant emailed his approval and I chased them multiple times about this. No reply over email so I called and was told my account would be approved in 48 hours- this was not done. I emailed again and was told the email of approval was not acceptable because it didn’t use some very specific wording. If they need specific wording then why is there not a form the consultant can fill out? This should be looked into. Eventually I have been accepted onto Bank Partners but my employer cannot find my account to pay me. No continuity with regards to addressing my issues. Every other day I would get an email stating my ticket had been resolved when it had not. Very frustrating and still not been paid.

GBStaff ignored and disrespected Specifically: their “Bart’s compliance team” - in charge of online core education and training courses. *The communication side of things is and had always been completely unsatisfactory.* I have been sending multiple emails to them trying to confirm the expiry date for the courses (so that I can plan my life!) and had no answer. Totally disregarded and ignored by them. How can their staff ever feel valued and respected when they’re treated in such a way?
