About Bank Partners

Bank Partners has been working alongside the NHS to provide flexible (bank) staffing services for nearly three decades. Together with our partner NHS Trusts, we support 58,000 healthcare workers in meaningful flexible careers within the health service. We have an average 98% audit pass rate and on-site teams who are dedicated to ensuring our healthcare workers can get the help they need in person, as well dedicated colleagues on the end of a phone or email within our off-site offices. Feeling like going in circles Very long process to join Whittington Bankpartners to end up having a welcome email with a telephone number to call for shifts. I called and a not very helpful lady asked me to send my CV. It is the third time that I sent them my CV.

Terrible experience throughout Terrible experience throughout. Delay after delay in getting an account so have still not been paid for shifts I did two months ago. Worked bank shifts at my consultants request due to poor staffing. I tried to get the details in order to sign up for a bank partners account- this took multiple emails. I filled in the forms and heard nothing despite emailing. They then replied stating that I needed my consultants permission, despite my consultant requesting these shifts. My consultant emailed his approval and I chased them multiple times about this. No reply over email so I called and was told my account would be approved in 48 hours- this was not done. I emailed again and was told the email of approval was not acceptable because it didn’t use some very specific wording. If they need specific wording then why is there not a form the consultant can fill out? This should be looked into. Eventually I have been accepted onto Bank Partners but my employer cannot find my account to pay me. No continuity with regards to addressing my issues. Every other day I would get an email stating my ticket had been resolved when it had not. Very frustrating and still not been paid.

Terrible Took them ages to register me, my manager had to sort it out for me as they took 4 months to sort it. The two shifts I’ve worked I’ve not been paid on time due to an error on their side. Had to call through to the head of payroll to get it sorted as I was relying on my money coming in and you cannot be playing with people’s money. Everyone was very unhelpful.

Staff ignored and disrespected Specifically: their “Bart’s compliance team” - in charge of online core education and training courses. *The communication side of things is and had always been completely unsatisfactory.* I have been sending multiple emails to them trying to confirm the expiry date for the courses (so that I can plan my life!) and had no answer. Totally disregarded and ignored by them. How can their staff ever feel valued and respected when they’re treated in such a way?
