Wanted to purchase a transducer for… Wanted to purchase a transducer for SideScan capability. Representative looked up the correct part number based on my unit’s serial number. Ordered and received the part in a few days. Gave 4 stars due to seeing the same item on EBay for $100 less.

FOUR HOURS ON HOLD AND STILL NO ANSWERS! After spending over FOUR HOURS on hold with Simrad Tech Support, I still haven't been able to reach a warm body with any knowledge about how to resolve a simple issue with my brand new NSX 9. I have rarely witnessed worse customer service from a company with which I spent thousands of dollars. If you DO decide to buy a Simrad unit for your boat, DO NOT consider an NSX model. Evidently almost nobody in the company knows anything about them and they are anything but user friendly.

The first women who helped me was… The first women who helped me was difficult to understand and didn't seem to have a good working knowledge of the product. By my third call I connected with someone who understood the product and escalated when necessary. Bottom line we are still not sure why I lost my side scan icon on the home page.
