GBGreat experience; reasonable pricing. Very simple and easy; garage help was great; shuttle was there and took us right to the ship after loading the bags for us. Helped unload the bag also. Shuttle was there when we disembarked and took us right to the garage. Helped load the bags again and helped unload at the garage. Got to our vehicle and exited the garage by putting our ticket in the machine and we were on our way home. FYI Garage is very low so the height measurement given is correct. Most large pickups will not fit.

GBBroken window smashed and car damage!! My car was broken into. They smashed my window sending glass down on the seat of my Infiniti QX50 and glass scratched my paint and interior leather parts. I’m still waiting for a return call from the Hotel Manager. It’s been over 30 hours since I call for him/her. Damages will be several thousand dollars.They should pay the whole bill. I’m looking for them to pay my deductible. If not Small Claims Court here we come. This has happened there several times I’ve been told now! Holiday Inn and Suites North at the Atlanta airport needs to step up and do the right thing!

GBWe loved the Fulton Garage! The gentleman at the entry walked us through the whole process. He was wonderful! We parked on the roof…$30 cheaper than in the garage. For our cruise, it was wonderful

GBI had great customer service regarding an error in parking days I made a parking reservation and ended up with the wrong number of parking days. I left a message regarding the error and a day later, my parking stay was adjusted to the correct number of days. I also received a call from the parking office letting me know that they had corrected the initial parking days error that I made. I thought that was great customer service.
