GBGreat service and very convenient Great service and very convenient. Once we retrieved our baggage we called the Embassy Suites and our driver arrived within 10 minutes. It was 7 degrees and he grabbed our gas and took care of everything. A very friendly conversant likable guy. And when we got to the hotel parking lot, he drove straight to the back of our car and said, “pop your trunk” and he loaded our bags into it so we wouldn’t have to be out in the cold any longer than necessary! Will definitely use them again.

GBGreat customer service! Great customer service!! I made an error when booking and couldn't change myself. I called and the phone was immediately answered, and I had the pleasure of dealing with a very nice and helpful person. I wish I could remember her name, but she was awesome!!!

GBShuttle pick up disaster Everything went smoothly on drop off but return was disasterous. I called the number stamped on my receipt and it went to voice mail that wouldn't accept the message as "mail box full" then hung up on me. This happened twice while we waited a total of 45 minutes for shuttle that was surposed to circle every 15 minutes. When I finally called the hotel desk they said I was on "wrong level, need to go upstairs to different door to wait". I was never told of change in shuttle route when we dropped off car. Waited in freezing weather for an hour. Unacceptable performance. Could have been avoided with clear communications from clerk on day of drop off. Will not use this service again.

GBI had great customer service regarding an error in parking days I made a parking reservation and ended up with the wrong number of parking days. I left a message regarding the error and a day later, my parking stay was adjusted to the correct number of days. I also received a call from the parking office letting me know that they had corrected the initial parking days error that I made. I thought that was great customer service.
