Great customer service! Great customer service!! I made an error when booking and couldn't change myself. I called and the phone was immediately answered, and I had the pleasure of dealing with a very nice and helpful person. I wish I could remember her name, but she was awesome!!!

Great safe and easy parking! Parking was well lit and lots of it. People were very helpful. Felt safe leaving my car there. Coming back was so easy with shuttle there for me at airport and took me right to my car. Great job!

We loved the Fulton Garage! The gentleman at the entry walked us through the whole process. He was wonderful! We parked on the roof…$30 cheaper than in the garage. For our cruise, it was wonderful

Great service and very convenient Great service and very convenient. Once we retrieved our baggage we called the Embassy Suites and our driver arrived within 10 minutes. It was 7 degrees and he grabbed our gas and took care of everything. A very friendly conversant likable guy. And when we got to the hotel parking lot, he drove straight to the back of our car and said, “pop your trunk” and he loaded our bags into it so we wouldn’t have to be out in the cold any longer than necessary! Will definitely use them again.

Great location with regular shuttle… Great location with regular shuttle service. The check-in check-out process was a bit quirky, with use of a gate generated ticket rather than a scan of the AirportParkingInc receipt QR code. One has to figure that out on your own when passing through the unmanned gate. But the price and location compensate for that.
