The gentleman that shuttled us back… The gentleman that shuttled us back from the airport was absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond and even loaded our luggage into our car for us!

This is my first time parking at this… This is my first time parking at this location for a cruise. We did not have to wait long for the shuttle to bring us to the port and on the way back we didn’t have to wait either to get back to the parking garage. It was very convenient and less costly than other parking garages in the area. We will definitely use this location again for future travels.

I had great customer service regarding an error in parking days I made a parking reservation and ended up with the wrong number of parking days. I left a message regarding the error and a day later, my parking stay was adjusted to the correct number of days. I also received a call from the parking office letting me know that they had corrected the initial parking days error that I made. I thought that was great customer service.
