GBOverall a very good experience Getting in and out of the garage with my QR code was very easy and convenient. I was disappointed that the parking was only good until 10:30 p.m. my concert went on to a little after 11:00 and I had to pay an additional $12 for my parking spot for that half an hour. I'll know next time

GBEverything was fine Everything was fine. Was easy to use and convenient. The only hard part was inputting all requested information, that may be easier for me if I created an account. Not sure if that was an option.

GBPark and Ride Conveniently. What made my experience great was parking my vehicle and able to pay before you get out the vehicle by scanning a bar code or download an app to pay. Parking at this location was convenient and safe to park.

GBEverything went well until I tried to… Everything went well until I tried to leave the parking garage. It was early in the morning and the gate would not open when I scanned the QR code. The assistance button did no good because I couldn't understand the lady trying to help. After trying many options, the garage attendant arrived and opened the gate.
