Park and Ride Conveniently. What made my experience great was parking my vehicle and able to pay before you get out the vehicle by scanning a bar code or download an app to pay. Parking at this location was convenient and safe to park.

Parking.com -- one of the poorest apps… Parking.com -- one of the poorest apps I've ever encountered, and I use it 3-4 times per week. Non-intuitive, inconsistent, and broken. Depending on how you start the app and/or website, you get different parking time calculations (how many hours you're purchasing vs. having to set a fixed departure time). Does not remember various different cars -- and when you do save cars, doesn't auto-populate the state into the app. If you use the website, you can add time close to expiration; in the app this is seldom an option. Needs to be redesigned from the ground up for ease of use.

Concert parking made easy! Reserving a spot in the parking garage directly adjacent to the concert venue was a HUGE help! Took away all the stress of trying to find parking that night! I would definitely do it again.

Parked at the Element Hotel at Miami…and was charged for no cost parking - Very frustrated Parked at the Element Hotel at Miami Airport. It was only after dutifully scanning the QR code and arranging parking that I realized parking charges were being suspended due to construction on-site. I have been charged over $50 for parking that I have no idea how to reverse. Parking.com provides no contact information for help or assistance. I am extremely disappointed in Parking.com and will go out of my way to avoid using it in the future.
