Everything was fine Everything was fine. Was easy to use and convenient. The only hard part was inputting all requested information, that may be easier for me if I created an account. Not sure if that was an option.

Paid for parking then found out it was… Paid for parking then found out it was free on weekdays for Ceasers rewards holders hence no exit code so should not have paid !!!! Cannot see a way of requesting a refund so was not happy

Overall a very good experience Getting in and out of the garage with my QR code was very easy and convenient. I was disappointed that the parking was only good until 10:30 p.m. my concert went on to a little after 11:00 and I had to pay an additional $12 for my parking spot for that half an hour. I'll know next time

Was told did not need a pass for this location but that's misinformation The receipt we received explicitly stated that a parking pass was not needed, and that entry would be based on license plate number. However when we arrived, we were asked for our pass by the attendant who had a list of only a few plate numbers. Definitely keep your receipt.

Options are not clear The screen layout was very confusing. The screen shows 3 different time amounts but doesn't allow you to choose one and you don't know until after your card has been processed how much time you just purchased. You also don't know the dollar value for each hour. There is no option for a paper receipt.
