GBNo parking attendant available The information that I received indicated that a parking attendant would be available at the entrance and exit. No one was there. It didn't matter on the way in, but on the way out, the machine would not accept the QR code on my confirmation. Three cars were waiting behind me. Finally, I paid with a credit card. The company did reimburse me for the amount I paid to reserve a spot.

GBOverall great but- Overall great, but being able to extend the time within like a 10 minute grace period, if it times out, would be awesome. I had to leave the table mid meal/conversation to go outside and start a new session. So having the ability to restart it if needed (within a short period of course because it does give plenty of notice if you have your phone out) would be helpful for those of us that put our phones away to be polite when having lunch with company.

GBPaid for parking then found out it was… Paid for parking then found out it was free on weekdays for Ceasers rewards holders hence no exit code so should not have paid !!!! Cannot see a way of requesting a refund so was not happy

GBI pulled in the parking lot on 4/29 and… I pulled in the parking lot on 4/29 and I had to pay first before entering the DMV building upon entering they were only accepting people with appointments. The parking lot should have a sign that said no walk- in rather than having us pay upfront and stealing my money . I was even able to enter the DMV and they took my money. Can I be refunded?

GBIt was not extremely difficult to… It was not extremely difficult to navigate the online payment for the first time, but I will say, if my parents had driven themselves, they would never have been able to do it on their phones. More instructions posted would be good. They were completely confused and they are pretty good with their phones.
