GBWas told did not need a pass for this location but that's misinformation The receipt we received explicitly stated that a parking pass was not needed, and that entry would be based on license plate number. However when we arrived, we were asked for our pass by the attendant who had a list of only a few plate numbers. Definitely keep your receipt.

GBAnnoying system I parked in the garage multiple times from April 22-26. On the last day I received multiple text messages telling me I needed to enter my credit card information before leaving the garage. I received the first text 20 minutes after I parked. The next text 30 minutes after the first. And the next text 40 minutes after the second. This particular garage is near the courthouse and many people park here to attend court hearings which can be all day. Truly don’t want to park at this garage because of this system. Also seemed to cause confusion for a lot of people exiting.

GBI'm old I'm old, and have a 9'6 van for my parapalegic husband so half my trepidation comes from parking and then I have to deal with figuring out payment. Your system is incredibly easy. Thank you for making this part of the process easy.

GBEverything was fine Everything was fine. Was easy to use and convenient. The only hard part was inputting all requested information, that may be easier for me if I created an account. Not sure if that was an option.

GBGreedy Data grab. Put back the in-person kiosk. This parking lot used to have a kiosk I could pay for with cash or a card. Now they've switched it to website only, which was a pain when I was in a hurry and also didn't want to do because now I'm in this data broker nonsense and started getting these spam emails which I did not want to do JUST TO PARK MY DAMN CAR.
