It was so simple It was so simple. We drove up and presented the reservation and QR code, parked and proceeded to the van pickup area. The van arrived quickly and dropped us off in less than 10 minutes at the port. Someone from the ship was waiting at the drop point to take the tagged luggage onboard. Upon coming back the van was waiting right where he dropped us off. It was such an easy process and the price was perfect. We will definitely use them again

Will try to NOT USE this WeparkinMiami… Will try to NOT USE this WeparkinMiami parking service again. Long, slow check in process at parking garage. Long wait at parking garage for a shuttle which caused us to miss our scheduled check in time with our cruise. Upon disembarking the cruise, we stood waiting for an hour with NO SHUTTLE. Not the fault or responsibility of WeparkinMiami, but no taxis available either. So, we pulled three big suitcases and some smaller luggage two and one-half miles (yes, 2.5 miles) which includes up a bridge, full sun and very warm. It was exhausting. Twice the next day I called WeparkinMiami's phone number listed on their website with no answer and their voicemail was full. Terrible ending to my retirement celebration cruise.

Fast and efficient Fast and efficient! Was checked in, whisked away to the port and on the ship within 30 ish minutes. The return process was equally as smooth! Kind and professional employees! Would highly recommend and will use them again!

Damage from dripping white goo landing… Damage from dripping white goo landing on the hood of my new black Nissan Pathfinder. No one ever got back to me. Estimated damage is $520.00. I wrote numerous times, and tried calling numerous times. irresponsible company dodging the bullet. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unorganized pick up from Terminal Pick up from the terminal was very unorganized. Passengers should know exactly where to go and in what order they are in to reduce stress and potential arguments. We waited with several passengers for almost an hour unsure when we would our van would arrive and then watched other passengers walk up to try to jump ahead of us. (Recommend using an app that provides us a pick up sequence number)
