GBI made prepaid reservation for 30 March… I made prepaid reservation for 30 March -5 April for $85.52, when I went to leave the garage on 5 April, I had to use my CC again to leave with a charge of $120. I have emailed 4 times asking for a refund of the CC charge, no reply and no refund

GBWill try to NOT USE this WeparkinMiami… Will try to NOT USE this WeparkinMiami parking service again. Long, slow check in process at parking garage. Long wait at parking garage for a shuttle which caused us to miss our scheduled check in time with our cruise. Upon disembarking the cruise, we stood waiting for an hour with NO SHUTTLE. Not the fault or responsibility of WeparkinMiami, but no taxis available either. So, we pulled three big suitcases and some smaller luggage two and one-half miles (yes, 2.5 miles) which includes up a bridge, full sun and very warm. It was exhausting. Twice the next day I called WeparkinMiami's phone number listed on their website with no answer and their voicemail was full. Terrible ending to my retirement celebration cruise.

GBDO NOT PARK HERE Arrived at the garage 10:30 to go on a cruise at the port of Miami which is 1 mile away. My check in time for the cruise was 12:00 so i thought i gave myself enough time. Upon arrival I park on level 9 as instructed and meet with the parking attendant to give my Tag number on level 8. Well there was 5 lines of people each going to a different cruise ship, fine. I get in line for my ship and waited over 1.5 hours in a hot, dark, no air circulating corner of the garage. I don't speak Spanish but the 2 attendants were definitely not happy with each other yelling back and forth. Another review stated about the metal coming out of the seat, well i must have had that back seat because i almost sat on it. Also waited an hour with not getting picked up after the cruise so we ended up paying a taxi $30 to get us to the garage. Pay the extra $ and park at the Terminal if you are cruising!!

GBNeed more Shuttles! We arrived Saturday March 16, 2024, with what we thoight was plenty of time to get onboard for our 1:30 scheduled arrival aboard Carnival Horizon. However, there was a very long line just to check in for the shuttle once we parked. There were only 3 shuttles running to the cruise ships! There were so many people waiting for a ride. We ended up waiting over 2 hours for our ride, our shuttle was full and there were people who had waited 3 hours and probably longer! The wait was standing in line, in a hot garage without any air circulation nor any water for hydration! Because of the long wait, we arrived too late to check our baggage and had to carry ALL of our bags on board. They should have more shuttles running as they know how many cruise and what time they leave.

GBBeware if you have a problem I’ve used Weparkinmiami several times in the past and haven’t had any problems until now. I reserved parking for April and didn’t receive an email confirmation. I tried calling the number on the website which was NEVER answered and the mailbox was always full so I couldn’t leave a message. I’ve tried emailing them as well, with the same result….NO response. Ive been trying for 4 days now. I’ve paid for my upcoming parking and need a confirmation so I can enter the ramp. Evidently no one is available if you have a problem. SOL is how they’ve left me feeling. Hopefully this review will inspire someone to contact me.
