GBCanopy Parking always exceeds my expectations Canopy Parking always exceeds my expectations! When I returned from a business trip at midnight, they were still running every 10 minutes - and their pleasant driver greeted us all with "Welcome Back!" Their prices are exceptional, and checking in and out with a reservation is so easy. My only concern is the potholes in the parking lot.

GBCanopy knew that they had a problem… Canopy knew that they had a problem with the theft of catalytic converters from their parking lot. They informed customers of this AFTER I was on a trip. I could have used the Valet option had I known. Canopy owes its customers both repayment for their losses and timely publication of information. DO NOT EVER USE THIS FACILITY. True rating is minus 5 stars.

GBCOVERED PARKING CATALYTIC CONVERTER… COVERED PARKING CATALYTIC CONVERTER THEFT. Commerce City police states “theft of catalytic converter almost always happens at Canopy Airport Parking. No security is present.” Manager Clayton Hopkins doesn’t return any contact from me despite the front desk promising a full refund. (None received) I suspect Canopy Airport Parking of assisting or actively participating in a cat theft ring. Do not park here!

GBI will never use this lot again I will never use this lot again. Let's start with arrival; I fly out early morning so arrive early around 430 am 0430. There is not much signage to get you to where to park your car. The only thing indicating a lane was a parked shuttle with a driver who was rude and barely spoke the English language. Finally figured out the shuttle. The lazy driver wouldn't get out of the seat to even figure out the spot number like other lots do much less help with the bag. The return trip was a bit better but not much, then on exit scan the ticket no receipt 4 days later still don't see the charge to my credit card. Do yourself a favor usairport parking spot or any number of others just not canopy

GBWe did the indoor valet service We did the indoor valet service. I guess the best review I can offer is the whole process was uneventful. We dropped our car off, the shuttle took us to our airline (at 3:15 am). We returned to Denver, they picked us up and they returned us to the Canopy counter. Our car was there waiting. The Canopy crew is hard working and I appreciate their superior service. We didn't get too chatty with the crew - we were a family of 4 so we were talking amongst ourselves.
