GBGreat Service during hard times Service was great. Drivers are always very courteous. One small issue, not enough to take away a star but, the tickets given to people that tell them which door to go out need to be updated. Several people were very upset that they had missed a previous shuttle because they weren't aware.

GBCar was safe and in great condition… Car was safe and in great condition when we returned. One word of advice, please put a sign that lets customers know you have moved your pickup location outside DEN to outside of door 508, rather than door 504, as is stated on the ticket. Even a sign in the old spot or a text to customers would have prevented us from missing 2 buses Sunday evening as we waited in the old spot as designated on our ticket.

GBGreat service, rough parking lot Your service at Denver International Airport is GREAT! Our pickup and return were perfect. However, the condition of your lot, i.e. the potholes are horrible. You could break an axle if you are not careful. You need to do some long needed maintenance.

GBWe did the indoor valet service We did the indoor valet service. I guess the best review I can offer is the whole process was uneventful. We dropped our car off, the shuttle took us to our airline (at 3:15 am). We returned to Denver, they picked us up and they returned us to the Canopy counter. Our car was there waiting. The Canopy crew is hard working and I appreciate their superior service. We didn't get too chatty with the crew - we were a family of 4 so we were talking amongst ourselves.

GBThe female shuttle bus driver we had on… The female shuttle bus driver we had on July 18th (about 3:30am) is wonderful!! We have had her before. If all employees were as knowledgeable and personable as she is, WOW! Great customer service!
