Great experience We self-parked, open air and it was such an easy experience. We had a reservation and entered at our designated time, went directly to the parking row and onto the airport shuttle, no wait. We were at the airport in less than 20 minutes of us parking. On our return, again we went to the designated location and waited about 5-10 minutes for the shuttle. No issues upon exiting. It was a great experience and would definitely park here again!

Canopy knew that they had a problem… Canopy knew that they had a problem with the theft of catalytic converters from their parking lot. They informed customers of this AFTER I was on a trip. I could have used the Valet option had I known. Canopy owes its customers both repayment for their losses and timely publication of information. DO NOT EVER USE THIS FACILITY. True rating is minus 5 stars.

Canopy has consistently improved. Canopy has consistently improved since a bad period around March 2021. Wait time for the bus during my July 4-12 (2022) trip was less than 5 minutes and the drivers were friendly and helpful. Signage in the lot and airport is much clearer than in the past. The on-line reservation system is easy to use and works well. The roads in the lot are still full of potholes though.

Parked in covered parking Parked in covered parking. Vehicle safe from weather and any other issues. Staff extremely helpful. Arrived after midnight back into the Denver area...called for shuttle. Unfortunately it was full. Was reimbursed for going over check out time. Thank you 😊 Frequently used parking area for travel from DIA.

We did the indoor valet service We did the indoor valet service. I guess the best review I can offer is the whole process was uneventful. We dropped our car off, the shuttle took us to our airline (at 3:15 am). We returned to Denver, they picked us up and they returned us to the Canopy counter. Our car was there waiting. The Canopy crew is hard working and I appreciate their superior service. We didn't get too chatty with the crew - we were a family of 4 so we were talking amongst ourselves.
