GBCOVERED PARKING CATALYTIC CONVERTER… COVERED PARKING CATALYTIC CONVERTER THEFT. Commerce City police states “theft of catalytic converter almost always happens at Canopy Airport Parking. No security is present.” Manager Clayton Hopkins doesn’t return any contact from me despite the front desk promising a full refund. (None received) I suspect Canopy Airport Parking of assisting or actively participating in a cat theft ring. Do not park here!

GBI will never use this lot again I will never use this lot again. Let's start with arrival; I fly out early morning so arrive early around 430 am 0430. There is not much signage to get you to where to park your car. The only thing indicating a lane was a parked shuttle with a driver who was rude and barely spoke the English language. Finally figured out the shuttle. The lazy driver wouldn't get out of the seat to even figure out the spot number like other lots do much less help with the bag. The return trip was a bit better but not much, then on exit scan the ticket no receipt 4 days later still don't see the charge to my credit card. Do yourself a favor usairport parking spot or any number of others just not canopy

GBGreat Service during hard times Service was great. Drivers are always very courteous. One small issue, not enough to take away a star but, the tickets given to people that tell them which door to go out need to be updated. Several people were very upset that they had missed a previous shuttle because they weren't aware.

GBCanopy Airport Parking takes the stress… Canopy Airport Parking takes the stress out of traveling. Easy to schedule, easy access, easy checkout. Buses run constantly and the staff is always helpful and friendly, plus knowing my vehicle is safe and secure in their covered lot puts my mind at ease.

GBParking lot markings & long wait times It takes so much longer to find cars because number are no longer visible in the parking lot......when will these be re-painted? Understandable that you are understaffed, however, I always encounter full shuttles at the airport for pickup. Then when we're back at the lot there are an entire line of empty shuttles waiting. Why can't these be used for additional airport pickup to reduce wait times?
