GBExpensive parking, and a scam The parking lot was in a good spot, and they advertise that you can pay by QR code, but the Parkwhiz app didn’t update the parking attendant’s ticket computer, so we got a ticket even though I extended our time way before the original expiration time. The parking attendant said that it doesn’t work to extend the time online, but there are no signs saying so anywhere in the lot. We got a $95 ticket plus paying over $80 for parking.

GBSLOWEST Customer Service with unhelpful response I accidentally booked a parking space for an ungodly time I DID NOT need. I tried to cancel instantaneously but they would not respond (kind of expected it was 3 in the morning). HOWEVER, they responded literally a WEEK later with a passive aggressive reminder of the cancellation policy and a credit I will never use because like hell am I going to book with someone who takes so long to respond to customer service. I want my actual $7 back, not some credit a week late that I will not be using.

GBI purchased tickets to Cirque du Soleil… I purchased tickets to Cirque du Soleil as well as reserved a parking spot through Parkwhiz. The purchase seemed easy enough but I was never sent a barcode to use. I couldn’t use it so I lost my money & had to use more $ to park. The parking attendant said this is common among Parkwhiz purchases. Definitely will never purchase from them again!

GBUsing ParWhiz was annoying Using ParWhiz was annoying. When I got to the parking lot that I had reserved, I didn't realize that I was supposed to take a ticket. So I spent a few minutes trying to use my emailed PassWhiz code to get in. When I left, it was even worse, it told me that my PassWhiz code was "used" and it wouldn't open the gate. I had to wait for an attendant and read the numbers next to the code to him. Finally, I could have gotten the same rate and saved the ParWhiz $1.80 fee by just parking "normally." This turned out to be a waste of time and money. Very disappointed.
