GBExpensive parking, and a scam The parking lot was in a good spot, and they advertise that you can pay by QR code, but the Parkwhiz app didn’t update the parking attendant’s ticket computer, so we got a ticket even though I extended our time way before the original expiration time. The parking attendant said that it doesn’t work to extend the time online, but there are no signs saying so anywhere in the lot. We got a $95 ticket plus paying over $80 for parking.

GBIt is very efficient to get in and out… It is very efficient to get in and out of the parking lot at the arena. The lanes you have created with cones are helpful and clear. The experience has been terrific each of the four times we have been to the arena since it opened.

GBDon’t bother with this service Don’t use this app you are paying more for parking . Recently used and I could not exit garage had to call security and wait until he called the head of security to let us out . Emailed park whiz to report did not offer my money back. Will never use again

GBUsing ParWhiz was annoying Using ParWhiz was annoying. When I got to the parking lot that I had reserved, I didn't realize that I was supposed to take a ticket. So I spent a few minutes trying to use my emailed PassWhiz code to get in. When I left, it was even worse, it told me that my PassWhiz code was "used" and it wouldn't open the gate. I had to wait for an attendant and read the numbers next to the code to him. Finally, I could have gotten the same rate and saved the ParWhiz $1.80 fee by just parking "normally." This turned out to be a waste of time and money. Very disappointed.
