GBParkWhiz is Horrible I had reserved and paid for a spot in a parking structure but was not allowed in, being told it was full. They refused my request for a refund, and then they challenged my credit card dispute. They lied in their response to the credit card company.

GBBeware of Overbookings! Drove from San Francisco to Los Angeles for a concert. Got there within 10 minutes of my reservation time only to find the lot full and closed off. Had to use the valet service next door. Very frustrating. UPDATE: ParkWhiz was very responsive to my issue, and refunded my money. I also had a second booking with them in San Diego which went smoothly. Upgrading to 3 stars.

GBGreat experience Great experience. Easy in and out. Covered. Seems safe. Great location for Lucas Oil Stadium & restaurants/bars. I would use again.

GBEase of making reservation online Ease of making reservation online, customer service when I had a question. However, the Lot# was correct but the street name was not correct. There were two entrances but on both signs it indicated another street name not the one listed online.

GBGouging or honest mistake? The experience of booking and parking was excellent. However I felt taken advantage on pricing. On leaving the attendant scanned our ticket to show a fee of $116 for our 2 day stay. The ParkWhiz fee was $191, leaving me feeling gouged. I assume the garage didn’t classify my Evoque as a large SUV but ParkWhiz did. I don’t know if this an honest disconnect or a structural money grabbing practice of ParkWhiz.
