USWhen I came back When I came back, I found out that my backseat window were broken. Thankfully I took the precious belongings.

USGouging or honest mistake? The experience of booking and parking was excellent. However I felt taken advantage on pricing. On leaving the attendant scanned our ticket to show a fee of $116 for our 2 day stay. The ParkWhiz fee was $191, leaving me feeling gouged. I assume the garage didn’t classify my Evoque as a large SUV but ParkWhiz did. I don’t know if this an honest disconnect or a structural money grabbing practice of ParkWhiz.

USExpensive parking, and a scam The parking lot was in a good spot, and they advertise that you can pay by QR code, but the Parkwhiz app didn’t update the parking attendant’s ticket computer, so we got a ticket even though I extended our time way before the original expiration time. The parking attendant said that it doesn’t work to extend the time online, but there are no signs saying so anywhere in the lot. We got a $95 ticket plus paying over $80 for parking.

USI purchased tickets to Cirque du Soleil… I purchased tickets to Cirque du Soleil as well as reserved a parking spot through Parkwhiz. The purchase seemed easy enough but I was never sent a barcode to use. I couldn’t use it so I lost my money & had to use more $ to park. The parking attendant said this is common among Parkwhiz purchases. Definitely will never purchase from them again!

USDisappointed I was scheduled to meet a friend, only to discover that she was turned away upon arrival at the parking lot by an attendant who told her she was at the wrong location. This was not true; her parking was prepaid and she had to park elsewhere and pay another fee. And, the attendant was rude which put a damper on the start of the evening!
