GBCar selling made easy and fair Mr. Evans was professional, friendly, thorough and honest. I appreciated his full disclosure on all items we discussed. He took his time checking the car and we received a check in a short period of time. My car was in my deceased husband's name and mine so there was extra steps involved but everything went smoothly.

GBJeff as a pleasure to work with Jeff, who only works at this location a couple of days a week, was a real pleasure. The manager Felix was also very pleasant on the phone. Jeff was knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient in completing the process. I thought the price was fair given that WBAC does all the work and processing. I felt I could have gotten more if I took on that responsibility but it didn't seem worth it in my case.

GBOur branch manager was Michael Lynn Our branch manager was Michael Lynn. I was impressed with his knowledge and how he conveyed how "we buy any car" came up with the value for the vehicle. He told it like it is, explained where the vehicle lost any value. He answered any questions we had honestly. He allowed me to watch him inspect the vehicle. He then told us what the computer said it's value was and got us fair market value for the vehicle. During the whole meeting he never pressured us, was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and made the car selling process not an ordeal. I will recommend to my friends selling vehicles to go to we buy cars and ask specifically for Michael Lynn.
