Amazing customer service/people Even though I was hoping my car would be worth more, I cannot say enough about how great our experience was due to customer service. The person who called to get additional information before my appointment was very nice and helpful. Pete from the St. Peters MO location was so so so SO nice and helpful. Pete explained everything really well and was also fun to just sit and chat with while we waited on a few things. Really nice experience overall. Thank you guys!

Our branch manager was Michael Lynn Our branch manager was Michael Lynn. I was impressed with his knowledge and how he conveyed how "we buy any car" came up with the value for the vehicle. He told it like it is, explained where the vehicle lost any value. He answered any questions we had honestly. He allowed me to watch him inspect the vehicle. He then told us what the computer said it's value was and got us fair market value for the vehicle. During the whole meeting he never pressured us, was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and made the car selling process not an ordeal. Easy and Seemless process with Josh at Dublin Ohio location We worked with Josh at the Dublin, Ohio office. The process of settign up the meeting online and receiving reminder went well. We took our BMW X5 over and Josh inspected our vehicle, as well we test drove. I was ok with the price guarantee and set an appointment with Marcus to take my vehicle in. Once I arrived, Marcus ran through his analysis, which took about 20 minutes.
