He told it like it is, explained where the vehicle lost any value. He answered any questions we had honestly. He allowed me to watch him inspect the vehicle. He then told us what the computer said it's value was and got us fair market value for the vehicle. During the whole meeting he never pressured us, was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and made the car selling process not an ordeal.
