GBJeff as a pleasure to work with Jeff, who only works at this location a couple of days a week, was a real pleasure. The manager Felix was also very pleasant on the phone. Jeff was knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient in completing the process. I thought the price was fair given that WBAC does all the work and processing. I felt I could have gotten more if I took on that responsibility but it didn't seem worth it in my case.

GBAmazing customer service/people Even though I was hoping my car would be worth more, I cannot say enough about how great our experience was due to customer service. The person who called to get additional information before my appointment was very nice and helpful. Pete from the St. Peters MO location was so so so SO nice and helpful. Pete explained everything really well and was also fun to just sit and chat with while we waited on a few things. Really nice experience overall. Thank you guys!
