Vanessa, Alex, and Mario treat you like family!! I have been purchasing different equipment from "Automotive Equipment Specialists" that range from a full ADAS Calibration kit, additional target boards, and a complete Diagnostic Scanner kit. Recently I just priced a wheel alignment system as well. Every time I call, whether it is Vanessa, Alex, or Mario that answers the phone, I feel like I am treated like family. They actually remember who you are when you talk to them, not like other companys I have dealt with in the past where you are just another customer. Great staff. I was hesitant at first because it was a large purchase. Elliot and Mario provided all the support and the assurance I was looking for. Very friendly and easygoing.
