GBVanessa, Alex, and Mario treat you like family!! I have been purchasing different equipment from "Automotive Equipment Specialists" that range from a full ADAS Calibration kit, additional target boards, and a complete Diagnostic Scanner kit. Recently I just priced a wheel alignment system as well. Every time I call, whether it is Vanessa, Alex, or Mario that answers the phone, I feel like I am treated like family. They actually remember who you are when you talk to them, not like other companys I have dealt with in the past where you are just another customer. GBThis company ROCKS This company ROCKS. Called me when a Robinair 1234YF A/C machine was available. Paid for it online on a Tuesday afternoon. Shipped out of New Jersey on Wed at 12:30pm. GBEverything was great except not all… Everything was great except not all shipping charges were added at checkout. After paying $250 for freight shipping I was called later that day and told I needed to pay another $70 because I was having it shipped to a residential address. On the Checkout page they should have it where it asks you if this is a residential address, if so add $70. There are other shipping charges that can be added too that they should ask you about before you completely checkout.
