Great staff. I was hesitant at first because it was a large purchase. Elliot and Mario provided all the support and the assurance I was looking for. Very friendly and easygoing. My equipment arrived within the said approximated date. I will definitely buy again from these guys. Ask for discounts, they have pretty good pricing.

Everything was great except not all… Everything was great except not all shipping charges were added at checkout. After paying $250 for freight shipping I was called later that day and told I needed to pay another $70 because I was having it shipped to a residential address. On the Checkout page they should have it where it asks you if this is a residential address, if so add $70. There are other shipping charges that can be added too that they should ask you about before you completely checkout.

Vanessa, Alex, and Mario treat you like family!! I have been purchasing different equipment from "Automotive Equipment Specialists" that range from a full ADAS Calibration kit, additional target boards, and a complete Diagnostic Scanner kit. Recently I just priced a wheel alignment system as well. Every time I call, whether it is Vanessa, Alex, or Mario that answers the phone, I feel like I am treated like family. They actually remember who you are when you talk to them, not like other companys I have dealt with in the past where you are just another customer. Received very good customer service… Received very good customer service from Automotive Equipment Specialists. I ordered the wrong diagnostic scanner and they went out of their way to ensure I was able to get the scanner I wanted. I called and emailed them several times and was either able to speak to someone each time - or if not available my calls were returned in a timely manner, and all of my emails were answered in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised by the… I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from AES. Purchased a Robinair R134a machine and 5 minutes later someone (sorry I can't remember your name) called to make sure I didn't need the oil injection tools (which I did need). I received the injectors 3 days later and the machine arrived 6 days from purchase (including a weekend). Highly recommend! Thanks guys!
