I was pleasantly surprised by the… I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from AES. Purchased a Robinair R134a machine and 5 minutes later someone (sorry I can't remember your name) called to make sure I didn't need the oil injection tools (which I did need). I received the injectors 3 days later and the machine arrived 6 days from purchase (including a weekend). Highly recommend! Thanks guys!

Great Price, Quick Shipment, and Great Service They provide great pricing, fast shipment, (had the items in 3 days with free shipping), and great customer service. Had questions about the items I purchased, called the office and the sale rep answered the questions he could and then provided me with contact info to the manufacturer to help me get the rest of my questions answered. To me, being honest and not trying to sales pitch me around my questions is great customer service and very rare these days.
