I was pleasantly surprised by the… I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from AES. Purchased a Robinair R134a machine and 5 minutes later someone (sorry I can't remember your name) called to make sure I didn't need the oil injection tools (which I did need). I received the injectors 3 days later and the machine arrived 6 days from purchase (including a weekend). Highly recommend! Thanks guys!

Purchased a Robin Air Conditioning… Purchased a Robin Air Conditioning unit. I received a follow up call the same day. Item was delivered in three days. Fast and smooth transaction. Also saved Money. I recommend Automotive Equipment specialists.

GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH - THE NEW YORK SALE OFFICE (MARIO OR VINNY?) RESEARCHED AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, WORKED WITH ME TO BEAT THE COMPETITORS PRICING. ALL TOOLS ARRIVED (WELL PACKAGED) WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS! THIS WAS A HIGH DOLLAR PURCHASE, FELT CONFIDENT FROM THE BEGINING TO END. THANK YOU BOB L.

Was in the market for a new scanner… Was in the market for a new scanner tool. I've had snap on scanners since I started the trade 30 years ago. So far very happy with my decision to purchase the Autel Maxis ultra. No one came close to the price or the service offered by Automotive Equipment Specialist. They were very professional and the Shipping time was amazing. I will definitely be using them again.

Vanessa, Alex, and Mario treat you like family!! I have been purchasing different equipment from "Automotive Equipment Specialists" that range from a full ADAS Calibration kit, additional target boards, and a complete Diagnostic Scanner kit. Recently I just priced a wheel alignment system as well. Every time I call, whether it is Vanessa, Alex, or Mario that answers the phone, I feel like I am treated like family. They actually remember who you are when you talk to them, not like other companys I have dealt with in the past where you are just another customer. They are an amazing Team to do business with and I will definately continue to do purchase from them in the future! Thank you for everything!!
