I ordered the wrong diagnostic scanner and they went out of their way to ensure I was able to get the scanner I wanted. I called and emailed them several times and was either able to speak to someone each time - or if not available my calls were returned in a timely manner, and all of my emails were answered in a timely manner. Looking for a Maxisys system I was surfing for suppliers of the MaxiSYS diagnostic tools. talked to someone via live chat who suggested the MS908E system. He noted that I would receive 2 years warranty and a free oscilloscope module. Called and talked to the sales person to verify that Maxisys would honor the warranty if purchased from AES.
