I ordered the wrong diagnostic scanner and they went out of their way to ensure I was able to get the scanner I wanted. I called and emailed them several times and was either able to speak to someone each time - or if not available my calls were returned in a timely manner, and all of my emails were answered in a timely manner. Great staff. I was hesitant at first because it was a large purchase. Elliot and Mario provided all the support and the assurance I was looking for. Very friendly and easygoing.
