I also was updated on the process of the shipping. Awesome customer service! My item was delivered via FedEx on time! Lexus RCF coilovers Steven got my order shipped the very next day and specified the proper coilover setting for my Lexus RCF. He even called my mechanic to explain the installation process.

Great staff and communication Mod in Japan sales team kept me in the loop for backorders, order status, and gave me updates along the way. Item was delayed a few times, but that was held with manufacturer/shipper, not ModInJapan. Item shipped with next day shipping, came super quick when it started shipping. Everything looks good, no damage to item. Box has some small damage from shipping, but the protective shipping layers in the box protected my item. Thanks team Mod in Japan!
