Great staff and communication Mod in Japan sales team kept me in the loop for backorders, order status, and gave me updates along the way. Item was delayed a few times, but that was held with manufacturer/shipper, not ModInJapan. Item shipped with next day shipping, came super quick when it started shipping. Everything looks good, no damage to item. Box has some small damage from shipping, but the protective shipping layers in the box protected my item. Thanks team Mod in Japan!

I contacted a couple times asking for updates on when they’d get the mid pipe in and they answered very quickly and had no problem checking. They also gave me a local discount since I was going to pick the item up so that was super cool of them too. All in all, I’m very pleased with the service they provided and will definitely buy from them again

Great service so far! I’ve ordered a set of performance coil packs and it was sent out for delivery the same day! Item quotes are usually answered within a day or two. My experience so far has been positive. I feel confident with my future purchases here at Mod in Japan. Also, prices seem pretty fair compared to other vendors which is a plus.

Nice shop, friendly service Friendly customer service, website easy to navigate (unlike some others), and transaction went smooth. Getting ahold of them via text or email is quite challenging, so suggest calling as they're usually pretty responsive. Steve, the owner, is a great guy and very down to earth.
