Was stressing because I needed car removed from street that day and that I didn't have title in hand that they wouldn't be able to help but I was wrong! I had proof of registration and they came to rescue and were able to pick it up with cash in hand.

The companies they use to pick up your… The companies they use to pick up your car are very unprofessional. 2 1/2 hours late passed the pick up window and dispatch was supposed to call me back to let me know when the driver would arrive. Instead I call back an hour later only to have dispatch tell me I need to call the driver. Once he arrived he tried to give me a lower offer and then was offended I didn’t accept. Proceeded with an attitude after that.
