Selling my vehicle to Wheelzy was a… Selling my vehicle to Wheelzy was a fast and smooth transaction. The price was fair and I didn't have to worry about the tow. There was open communication throughout the whole process and even got updates when the towtruck would arrive.

Came and picked up car within an hr of… Came and picked up car within an hr of getting off the phone with them. Was stressing because I needed car removed from street that day and that I didn't have title in hand that they wouldn't be able to help but I was wrong! I had proof of registration and they came to rescue and were able to pick it up with cash in hand.

The companies they use to pick up your… The companies they use to pick up your car are very unprofessional. 2 1/2 hours late passed the pick up window and dispatch was supposed to call me back to let me know when the driver would arrive. Instead I call back an hour later only to have dispatch tell me I need to call the driver. Once he arrived he tried to give me a lower offer and then was offended I didn’t accept. Proceeded with an attitude after that.

I'm writing this review because the team gone above and beyond.... I'm writing this review because I actually had a bad experience with the towing company but not weelzy. The weelzy team gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything gone smoothly with my experience with them. I really appreciate them and I did get my offer. Thank you team for good customer service.

Wheelzy was very responsive and made… Wheelzy was very responsive and made picking up my vehicle very easy. The tow driver was great and stayed in communication while trying to coordinate a pick up day and time. Will definitely use again!
